M Parker Enterprises LLC (MPE) is headquartered in Detroit, MI, and also operates a satellite office in Flint, MI.  MPE started in September 2019 as a minority-certified business (MBE) with the mission to empower and serve inner city residents with men's mentorship training, jobs, and trade school scholarship opportunities.
